Vegetable Omelet

This one is made with two beaten eggs, diced onions, diced ham, and diced tomatoes. First warm up the pan and add butter. Cook the diced onions until translucent. Add the diced tomatoes and pour the beaten eggs on top. Cook one side until you are able to flip the eggs to the other side. Continue cooking until you have the right consistency. Don't burn it, the egg would smell bad.

You can add all the vegetable variations you can think of. My oldest son and I like just 3 things in them. But I know a lot of people like mushrooms, cheese, bell pepper and lots more. Experiment on what you think you would like. Enjoy.
