Get The Body You Always Wanted with XPLOWSION

Image
Ten years ago I was in the best shape of my life. I have done work out three days a week. And I'm not afraid to wear two pieces swim suit during summer. Now that I am married and had five children I don’t wear bathing suit anymore. I only wear shorts and shirt now. I can’t stand the way my body looks now. Plus time is my enemy, because I don’t have enough of it. I need time to go gym and get rid of extra inches off my waist. I don’t get motivated enough to do a home work out these days. It would be nice if I can get out and join some classes or retreats of some sort to start losing weight. I found XFLOWSION while browsing the net today. I think this is the work out I needed. This will make me sweat (sweating is always good), sculpt and stretch my body to total transformation from head to toe. I bet my husband would be very happy, if I can turn my body into this swim suit model like body. And it would be the best gift I can give my body. Living fit and healthy with XFLOWSION is th

Cottage Cheese with Fruits

This is a good source of vitamin C. Basically I mixed 1 cup of cottage cheese, 8 ounces mandarin oranges (drained), 8 ounces pineapple chunks (drained), slices of bananas and some sweetened coconut flakes. That's it, enjoy!

My Vegetables Garden

Image
For everyone who are so amazed about my fresh vegetables, you can find more of them at my other blog. You can check out what kind of vegetables I have at My Vegetables Garden . You can see my gourd (Upo) that I had in 2006 when my parents are here on vacation. Please check it out.

Ginisang Gulay sa Kamatis (Saute vegetables in tomatoes)

Image
These are harvested from my vegetable garden last Sunday. I Half of what you can see here I gave to my Filipina friend who lives 15 minutes away from my house. Funny thing about the squash, for the longest time I thought it was a pumpkin. But at the end when it didn't change color to orange I knew right away that this is actually a squash/gourd not a pumpkin. Here is the picture below while it's still cooking. The ingredients are squash or gourd, asparagus/long/yard beans (tagalog sitaw), okra, onions, and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. The squash turn out really sweet just like sweet potatoes.

Okra and asparagus/yard/long beans (sitaw) in Coconut milk with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and salt. I put everything in a small saucepan and let it cook until I got the right consistency for the vegetables. I like it when there is still some crunch on them. Plus my pots and pans can retain heat. After letting it heat up I turn the burner off and still cooked the vegetables the way I want them.

The Sproutwells Packages

Image
My dear readers and friends I have a new episode of The Sproutwells here for you. This one is about their nosy neighbor. I don’t have a nosy neighbor but what I have is a nasty neighbor. They are not that old in my opinion but they put a new meaning to the phrase “grumpy old man”. At one point he called the cop to our other neighbor because they are playing with fireworks. Anyway, do you like to eat fruits and vegetables?
