Bacon, Egg & Garlic Fried Rice

Is this what we call "basilog" back home?...lol. I do love eggs that are medium well, not well done. Did you know that eggs turns rubbery when over cook and they smell funny too? The fried rice consist of garlic, onions, salt and pepper. The egg is cook with butter and chewy bacon's. Enjoy!

My family does almost the same thing, except we don't flavor the rice. The items can be eaten separately or mashed together like fried rice. Even when mixed together the egg and bacon flavors/textures seem more discernible than bacon and egg fried rice. We also cook the eggs in the leftover bacon grease and add butter if we need to. It's so bad for you but oh so good.
