Stuff Sweet Peppers

This is my third time making this. I used red bell peppers the last I made some and you can see the images of that dish here.

Stuff Bell PeppersThis time I blanched the peppers because DH was complaining last time that the peppers are not cook. And this time added some mozzarella on top too. I like it with cheese and I will make this with cheese from now on. DH only ate half of one and our kids ate the stuffings. I only wish they eat food the way I do. However, I don't have any problem with them when it comes with desserts.

@ Shydub, madali lang. Brown the ground beef, add the onions and garlic, drain, then add the tomato sauce and cook rice and you are ready to stuff your raw or blanch peppers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Add the cheese on top and bake for additional 15 minutes and enjoy.
