2014 Sweet Relish Batch

All the vegetables I am using came from my garden. Yes, I'm supposed to grind the vegetables but I opt to chopped them all up instead. The only thing missing are the onions. I was cooling it down inside the fridge before chopping them. Soaking in hot water with salt. Boiling for 30 minutes. Preserve in a hot jars. I made six pints this year. Tomato soups next, as soon as all of my tomatoes ripened. Goodbye HFCS, most sweet relish have them except for Wos-Wit Pennsylvania Dutch Foods brand. Hopefully they can keep it HFCS free until they can. Thumbs up to you for making products that are healthy for human consumption.
