Meat & Mushrooms Stroganoff

Image
This time I used beef strips instead of ground beef with egg noodles, garlic, onions, cream of mushrooms and sour cream. Of course you will need oil, salt and peppers too. After browning the beef strips, onions and garlic. I added mushrooms slices. Cream of mushrooms and sour cream added. And here is my finish product. Did you know that mushrooms is filled with natural MSG? I'm just letting you know, for those who are health conscious...lol. Here is a plate just for you. I hope you like it just the way my ODS likes it. Bon Appétit!

Mushrooms & Meatsauce over Pasta

Image
I am able to use some of basil's now, as decorations...lol. This is just regular meat sauce, I just added some mushrooms to add in the mix. Like I said before I never like spaghetti with only pasta and sauce. I like mine with everything mix in them.

I found them under the pine tree at the front of our house. These mushrooms are huge, the top is about 5 to 7 inches and about 9 inches tall. What kind of mushrooms are these? They are big, I'm even scared of touching it. This is the first time I seen mushrooms this big.
