Cinnamon Cream Cheese Cookies

Of course, where else will I get such recipes, hahaha in the baking group. They look appetizing so I tried them and here is the outcome. I was thinking maybe I can make different kind of cookies, put two kinds of each in a holiday box and gift them to DH families. Yeah, that depends if I feel like it making different cookies. But it is good idea 👍👍.

Cassava Cake (Filipino Recipe)

I got this on the group I belong in. Shredded fresh cassava (my local grocery store called it yuca), coconut milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk. eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla. For toppings coconut milk, condensed milk, and two egg yolks. If you like to try them just goggle the recipe. My recipe is a quarter of what most posted. I can't eat the whole recipe, that would take me a year or so to finish hahaha. And yes, I am the only one that eat them in this household. Looking at the pictures my co-members post in the group makes me want to try them. One slice is perfect for me. But since I cannot cook just one slice, I have to divide the recipe to the smallest amount I can.

A better version of my copy cat Eggplant Rollatini , practiced makes perfect. A well worth menu for my household. Still have three people doesn't eat it. Like I said it is worth the time making it because two of my children eat the left over until all gone.

This a meal for me when I get tired of same old menu in my kitchen 😊. Crisp Romaine Lettuce chopped. Shredded Parmesan cheese and top with chop baked chicken Parmesan strips . Quick and easy to make.
