What is mud pie made of anyway. I have not tasted one before but somehow my answers turn as a mud pie...lol. I should start looking for a recipe and make one to taste. The only mad pie I knew is from the yard when the kids play on muddy dirt and made one from it. I know there are big difference but I think Oreo mud pie would taste really good. And yes I like it that way...lol. All seven of us like chocolate and when it comes to birthday cake chocolate is always the pick for us. When I used to buy cake for birthdays in our household, I always buy yellow cake. Those are long gone because they are never gotten eaten. They are just full of air and very dry. Now that I discover Hershey chocolate cake, I will never go back. I always make chocolate cake with chocolate icing. And it has usually gone the next day. We are done with a birthday for this year, and I am not making one again until May for my DD. The image below is our DS having his 9th birthday in the beginning of December. My son is cooking (with my help) something for the cinco de mayo (pls don't get me started :( about the whole celebration thing) tomorrow. There are 20 kids in his class and everyone have something to share tomorrow. We made some kind of Cuban stew that has a lot of fruit (red wine, sherry, raisins and olives. I been tasting that thing after cooking for two hours now I have a very bad indigestion. I tasted the pemiento because well, I haven't tasted one before. It was very salty and sour now my stomach id killing me. Not to mention the capers and wines that we put in it. I post the picture after taking it when it's done. We are cooking it over night (maybe) under low heat in a crock pot. I'm off to eat some saltines or any crackers I can find to ease my stomach.

It's been broken for quite sometime now however, we still manage to use and still cleans up the dishes. We think that our nephew broke without knowing how to open it. Anyway, after that incident I notice that it was hard to open and close. I told DH about it and we tried to make it better. When doing so, DH broke the lock the picture is below. But we are still able to use it. With the lock being broken we can't open it while its washing. And then since it does not lock anymore, I think the computer inside got moist from the water and one night over the weekend I can't even turn it on. Then Sunday night I saw the light on and push the button and it started. Now the problem is it don't want to stop. It usually wash for 2 hours and this time it was washing forever. I had to turn off the circuit breaker to stop it this time. DH had to use the fish tank vacuum to get the rest of the water out. So my kitchen was a mess until today. My kitchen is very tiny and feeding 7 people

I am very busy these days, I have not start cleaning my house yet. We have a few relatives coming, (well that happens every year) and I want the house to look organize. I hate it when people comes that every mess can be seen every where. I'm sure DC and DH will help but I just don't have the energy lately. Good thing I still have one bottle left of my MonaVie given by my sister. I can really use this with the upcoming holiday to boast my energy and think clearly hopefully. Like I said I been so busy and never had time to drop 300 EC these days. I'll be lucky if I can drop 50 in a day. But I promise that I will be back to visit all you site again as soon as I have time. My DC loves to eat crackers. But most store bought are filled with ingredients that are not good for their health. I found someone who is a very cook, if I may say myself. I don't know if she is a chef or she only do it for her family. I don't know here name either, but would like to phrase her blog "Sass & Veracity". You will find the crackers that she made here . DH is already asking to try the recipe. But I am so busy in the last few weeks, trying to enroll my 2 DC at home school program. Tomorrow my DD will do her first day of home school, and making it this week will be out of the question. Unless I get a hang of home school right away. Time, I don't have enough of it.
