Broiled Tilapia

1 packet/1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1/3 cup Lemon juice
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Dry white wine or water
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Mild white fish fillets, such as red snapper/sole or in my case Tilapia

Combine seasoning & salad dressing mix with lemon juice, olive oil, and wine in a shallow dish. Mix well. Add fish and coat all sides with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and place on broiler pan. Broil 9 to 12 minutes or until fish begins to flake.

I usually cook this in pan with butter and olive oil for six minutes each sides.
