Good Friday Kosher Meal

Kosher my way, of course...lol. Baby milkfish, jackfruit adobo in turmeric and coconut milk, and my favorite dip pieces of tomatoes with Bragg's liquid Amino in replace of soy sauce with white rice. I can eat the following without white rice. And my family have broiled tilapia with white rice.

The jackfruit adobo in turmeric is interesting. How did you make it? I miss bangus and the tomatoes-toyo dipping. Dagdagan pa ng sili at sangkatutak na kanin, wala na, sira na talaga ang dyeta ko!

@ Lui, my father will agree sa kamayan too. Bakit nga ba masarap magkamay kapag ganito ang ulam?

@ Sreisaat, luyang dilaw (turmeric), ganyan kasi kung magluto ang parents ko. Parang adobo sa mustard with coconut milk. I saw one entree not too long ago, mustard nga ang gamit nya. Sorry, hindi ko na matandaan kong sino...lol. Anyway, I simmer the raw jackfruit in water, salt and turmeric, then I add the coconut milk and shrimp if you like. Simple lang...lol.
oh my!!! fried milk fish + tomatoes = heaven!!! more fried rice please!!!!
