Caesar Salad (my way)

Once in a while I go into the rabbits diet, especially when warm weather hits. One of my favorite salad is Caesar salad. I make it with Romain lettuce (cut-up and chilled), cherry tomatoes, croutons, grated Parmesan cheese and creamy Caesar dressing. Sometimes I make Grilled Chicken Caesar salad, the only difference is I added grilled chicken cubes.

I also do this diet right after a birthday party, Holiday feast or a cook out with one of our family and friends. Eating light after these occasions makes my stomach feel normal.
