Green Jackfruit Adobo
This is cook with turmeric powder (we call it mustard), coconut milk/cream and salt and pepper. I also mix some shrimp with this sometimes.

This the turmeric (my parents call it dilaw means yellow), I actually bought mine form the Asian store in Parsippany. I sliced them thin and dried in a dehydrator (back home we use the sun) and powder it under a mortar and pestle and run it through very fine sifter. My Dad is using this to ease his migraine he swears it work.
