Homemade Pancakes

Breakfast anyone? This was made with flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, egg, milk and olive oil. Recipe is easy to find online.

I always make small and big ones because the sausage can be easily wrap with a small pancake and makes "pig in a blanket" image below.

My sad attempt to make a "pig in a blanket". However, my youngest son loves them. It does not matter what they look like, it matter to him what it taste like.

I wish someone would make me pancakes and pigs in a blanket! I actually made pancakes for my roommates the other day, but they were only from a box.

Looks delicious!

haven't thought of Pigs in the Blanket for some time. Great Idea!

Thanks for commenting Megan, I like making stuff from scratch. I'm thinking I can loss some weight looking for the ingredients (i wish it works that way). Kidding aside they taste just like the one from the box.

Auntie E, it was DH idea, no fork needed he'd say. I gave him the credit for it.
